COSMETIC APPOINTMENTS
We'd be more than happy to book you a complimentary consultation with one of our consultants to review your skin concerns. Noting that our aesthetic team are not able to diagnose or prescribe prescriptions, if you are looking to see one of our doctors, please go to the medical side of the clinic and send us a referral. Please call the clinic or fill in your information at the bottom of the website and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible!
If you'd rather book a one-on-one directly with one of our Dermatologists to discuss your skin concerns, we can absolutely accommodate this. Please be advised that the consultation fee is $150 for this option.
We value your time, and with some treatments, they may be performed the same day as the consultation, whereas some treatments require some planning ahead of time.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
You will receive an appointment reminder either by text, email or phone a few days before your appointment. You can either accept or cancel your appointment from this reminder. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Lateness may result in your treatment being shortened to accommodate the next appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS & CANCELLATION
When you book a service, the time is scheduled especially for you. We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to allow us adequate opportunity to fill the time slot. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a formal warning, followed by a $75 charge for our treatment providers time.
We understand that sometimes life happens and despite good intentions you may be running late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time we will do our best to accommodate you, but please be prepared to reschedule so we don't have to rush your appointment or run late for our next patients appointment.
PRICING
Cosmetic services provided by our skilled Aesthetic Team are not covered by insurance and involve a fee per treatment. During your complimentary consultation, our team will discuss the pricing of your personalized treatment plan to ensure complete transparency. For those seeking a Dermatology consultation, a fee of $150 applies to cover an in-depth assessment with our Dermatologist.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Debit, Cash and SDC Gift Cards.
SDC GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available and can be purchased by phone or in person and are available in any dollar amount. They can be used towards any of our cosmetic products or treatments.
ONLINE BOOKING & STORE
For your convenience we have online appointment bookings and an online store where you can purchase your skincare and have it shipped right to you, or pick up. Please select the links at the top of the page to access.
MASK & COVID POLICY
If you have tested positive for Covid-19, please call right away to reschedule your appointment. Masks for patients are not mandatory, however all our staff and your treatment provider will continue to wear masks during your treatment.
